NAME: Elisabeth Janine Greer

CODENAME: Tango, El Perro (the dog)

AGE: 26

OCCUPATION: Private Contractor for T.W.O. – Trans World Operations [as of 2010 to present], SSC -- Security and Strategy Corporation Weapons Master [1991 to 2009]

STATUS: Alive/KIA (Army of Two: The Devil’s Cartel, her death is canon)

ARSENAL: Grand Pinger for a sniper rifle, AS-KR1, 4 inch combat knife, FN SCAR-L, 44. Magnum revolver as a sidearm, however, here main weapon is a pimped out, gold AK-47, with a grip as a front-mount

APPEARANCE: [none at the moment]

Army of Two, & Army of Two: The 40th Day

Greer’s mask is a deep grey with a hawk skull design in white, which covers the face part of her mask. However, her mask and armor is only seen at the end of the first game as well as through the second game.

Army of Two: The Devil’s Cartel

Greer changes her mask ink again, this time the decoration is a brown dog snarling. The teeth are where the mask’s mouth is. Which then earns the nickname “dog”, yet the cartel members call her “El Perro”, “the dog”.

PERSONALITY: Elisabeth is rather spirited; she shows great interest in weapon design. She had worked for SSC a few months before Elliot Salem and Tyson Rios had arrived, and was willing to let the two into her area of the building to show them what she was working on.

She is very loyal to anyone with a plan, as well as acts of kindness to just about anyone, except her enemies. She can become easily frustrated with paperwork; she can use a computer with ease, but prefers working with her weapons. There’s no doubt that she has feelings for Salem, and wonders how Rios puts up with him as a partner.

Elisabeth is also quite trusting, even though it may get her killed. She also shows compassion in the second game, Elisabeth also believes that enemies can change their ways and almost always gives them a second chance. Yet, she can be very vicious to her enemies if she knows they can't change.

FLAWS: Elisabeth's vison is not really 20/20, she has to wear glasses. However, she does wear contacts. When on the field [in The 40th Day], she wears protective glasses (like they do in the military) when she has her contacts in.

HISTORY: Elisabeth Janine Greer was born on a ranch in Arizona to Willmar and Patty Greer. She was the second oldest to her two brothers; John Gage Greer (age 29), and Patrick Jape Greer (age 23). Elisabeth’s father is a retired war veteran, her mother is a low-paid factory worker. The children’s mother was away for long hours in a day, so Elisabeth was around boys most of her life. She was used to rough-housing with them constantly. By 1989, Elisabeth was looking for a military career as her oldest brother had gone to the Navy and was training hard to become a Navy S.E.A.L. . By 1991, Elisabeth’s desk job at SSC had evolved into a full-time armory master. Greer’s career turned crazy during the time Elliot Salem and Tyson Rios arrived at SSC.

HEALTH ISSUES: Elisabeth has been taking pills for her anxiety ever since the 9 – 11 attacks in 2001. And she is also tied to the pills, thinking anytime her anxiety hits she has to take the medication. Yet doctors tell her the condition has passed and the symptoms are all in her mind. She also has mild carpel tunnel in her fingers from getting her fingers smashed in a car door when she was 12.

FRIENDS: Tyson Rios, Elliot Salem, Alice Murray, JB, Cha-Min Soo, Alpha, Bravo

ENEMIES: Philip Clyde, Jonah Wade [appears in The 40th Day], Bautista [Army of Two: The Devil's Cartel]

APPEARS IN: Army of Two, and Army of Two: The 40th Day, Army of Two: The Devil's Cartel [Active Role]

Army of Two

Greer's first months at SSC are rather dull, starting out as a mission coordinator because she’d been almost thrown into the job before she could prove what she was good at. She first meets Salem and Rios in Somalia, well; she could only hear their voices. This was when both Rios and Salem meet the hot-shot mercenary; named Philip Clyde. Greer was assigned to be his mission coordinator – more like a “fill-in” for hire. Greer and Clyde never got along during the Somalia mission, the two would bicker over the radio, and at one time Clyde actually made her go silent for the rest of the mission.

Soon after, Greer was literally “thrown out” of the coordinator’s office, on her ass. She soon found her way to the armory, a place she found most welcoming to her. A few weeks later, she’d recently found out that Salem and Rios had joined SSC. She was pleasantly surprised that she would finally meet the two in person.

Army of Two: The 40th Day

Greer’s first field mission with Salem and Rios occurs in this arc. She is accompanied by her best friend, and attack dog; Massey, who is still being trained as an attack dog. As he was in the first arc, he is still rather meek and jumpy, but willing to go bat-shit crazy if anyone dares to harm Greer. Being the inexperienced one for combat in the group, Greer has a selfish attitude, and a foul mouth. Adding to in inexperience, she is the second loudest and rudest (behind Salem). Yet, if need be, she can be brave, serious, and strong for her two friends. Greer is more than willing to take a bullet for Salem and Rios. Greer still stands strongly against collateral damage when dealing with innocent civilians.

Army of Two: The Devil's Cartel

While Alive

It is said that Greer had skipped town after a one-night stand with Salem, which ended with her getting pregnant. This is true, and happened a few weeks after Shanghai (The 40th Day). She was planning to tell Salem during the mission in La Puerto, Mexico, however, the plan was shot to hell when Alpha, Bravo, and Rios presumed Salem had died in the burning wreckage of the truck. Greer’s son was only a few years old at that time, and Greer’s rank was only a field captain. After Salem’s presumed death, Rios had promoted her to Co-Founder of T.W.O., yet Greer refused the offer and decided on becoming an elite field leader five years later. She forms a bond with the two field operatives known as Alpha and Bravo, they are almost like brothers to her.

Decent Into Hell | {Only if I decide to turn her to the enemy side as something new and different}

THEME SONG: Lynyrd Skynyrd - Saturday Night Special

Relationship with Elliot Salem-

The two go ways back, since their time at SSC, frankly Greer had feelings for him, but dare not tell anyone anything. The dog Massey was partially responsible for bringing to two closer together. No one really knows why – not even Rios, why Salem fell for Greer.

Massey the dog-

Massey is a natural born leader, even though he was rather uneasy in the first arc. Massey used to be carefree and playful, and only became serious when he fought (in The 40th Day). By The Devil’s Cartel, as an adult, Massey is more mellow and alert, possibly from the trauma of the wars he has been through, but Massey is always determined and wants to help his owner. Sandy and Massey are a man and beast ‘Army of Two’.

Relationship with Sandy Greer-

Sandy is Elisabeth’s adopted kid-sister; the two are very close, despite not being related by blood. In the first arc, Sandy is about in her early teens. By the second arc; Sandy is 18 going on 19, and only gets to go on the field in The Devil’s Cartel as she is of age to go into combat. Out of Elisabeth’s true siblings, Sandy has always had a selfish attitude, and is very rude. She is the loudest of Liz’s true siblings, and has called Alice an ‘old hag’ (to her horror) when they first met in the first arc. Sandy’s best friend is an Akita Inu dog named Ranger. Young Sandy may be rude, but she is smart and strong.

Relationship with Ranger the dog-
