Personality: Echo is rather soft spoken and quiet. While she longs for the company of other humans, she often times does not believe that any still exist. As such, her openly speaking to actual people is often times rare.

Her state of mind is somewhat unstable. She has wandered the ruins for so long, she has begun to lose her mind. Her mind creates illusions, companions, where none really ever were. She longs for human contact when all of humanity is dead.

This has left Echo in a fragile state. She is so far into her own denial that it might not be possible to bring her back. However, compared to most, she is resourceful in the ways of scavenging and keeping an eye out for mutants.

History: Not much is known other than she has stumbled upon others once before whom she also took to be illusion. These 'illusions' attacked her and despite her wounds, she continues to believe it was self imagined pain.
