Larkspur Valley {Roleplay Group}

This town is usually in an unreachable destination, a mystery to human kind, many monsters make normal livings here.

It's known mostly for the overflow of culture given by its civilians. Monsters of all age and size occupy this town, making a living by making businesses or often cleaning up after other citizens. Each has learned to live in peace, save a few silly disputes.

Larkspur is only open to Humans for a Halloween festival every year, in which the town comes together to decorate the halls and buildings to unite with their more normal counterparts.

Springs are usually mild and hazy, with soft winds. This is a good time for the slime people.
Summers are usually mild as well, temperatures usually not reaching very high. Because of the humidity it is host to the most rain showers.
Falls are not very rainy, but there are usually lots of clouds during this time. Winds can become abnormally violent.
Winters are bitterly cold, and usually host an average of 5 to 6 inches of snow every few days.

Nights are pitch black, and gas lanterns hang around the town in order to guide the more dark-sensitive.

Larkspur also hosts a Hospital and an abandoned Elementary School that are included in the environment of the Streets.

The elementary school was closed only a few years ago ever since the curiosity of humans spread upon the monsters. Now it's recommended that the children learn lore from their parents.

But why is it called Larkspur?

This is because in the past there was an influx of Larkspur growth.
Larkspur is a poisonous flower that is used for sustenance at a certain period of a moth's life.

After a while the Larkspur infestation, it became so severe that the humans that weren't poisoned by the flower left in search of a new home.
