Manic inclined her head, watching the few that affiliated with Wesker mill about. There was a considerable lack of anyone who actually stayed around and worked. There wasn't much need for them. Wesker had his plan in mind and everyone else was simply expendable.

She didn't dwell on the thought that she might be as well. Manic knew her infatuation for the man was a dangerous thing. She followed him for a number of years and witnessed the amount of death by his hand. It chilled her at times, all hidden behind a bird like mask.

They dwell in Africa now, Wesker's plan stepping forward at alarming speeds. Manic wasn't sure what she expected from him. Lately, it seemed far more apparent that his plans were first and foremost.

Manic wandered briefly, sparing a glance around. It was quiet, far too quiet than that of what she was used to. She had been used to the bustling labs when she worked in the Umbrella facilities. Now, the only sounds were that of occasional equipment.

A short hum left her at that. For the moment, she had not been tasked with anything. She'd do just about anything for Wesker and he knew that as well as exploited it. With no immediate threat to deal with, her time was spent on her own.

Manic would have never thought of it as 'lonely'. She wasn't sure why she felt that way now.

[OOC: I'll get Chris in on the next reply I do. I'll wait on when you've gotten your Oc info up and we know what we're going with.]

Ali crooked her neck as she eyed the contents of the briefcase Irving carried. "What's wrong, babe? You look tense." Irving heckled, allowing a small smirk to play on his lips. The shady business man eyed the woman before sorting through papers in the briefcase sitting open in front of him.

According to him, they were waiting for one of Wesker's goons to arrive with something. Ali had a bad feeling about this, yet the woman only served as protection. Blinking once, Ali brushed off the man's attempted pass at her. If all possible, she would've punched the man in the face to shut him up. Though she would have been hunted down and killed by the infected if she chose to turn on him.

Backing away a bit, Ali kept her pistol in its holster as her larger weapons were carried on her upper back, and lower back. She swore that she heard something move, barely even hearing the sound of boots clanking lightly on the steps out of the raised building. Something crashed in through the window, causing Ali to shield her face before something hard connected with her middle body. Ali dropped to one knee, getting a few pants in before someone's hands gripped her neck, tightening as fast as they gripped her.

"Who are you?!" The female voice questioned viciously, and it was almost in a low whisper.

"Hey, relax, she's with me." Irving interrupted, allowing the woman to release her grip on Ali's neck. The woman got to her feet, coming face-to-face with a cloaked person in a bird mask. Ali backed off, guessing the cloaked individual was here for Irving.

"Just make it quick, alright?" Ali spat softly, going and checking out the broken window to see if anyone had been alerted to the glass breaking. It was all clear, yet Ali wondered if those two BSAA agents would be back to arrest Irving.

Wesker kept to himself, though Excella Gionne would check back with him now and then. Uroboros had been set to launch soon enough. The man was awaiting the 'new world', where he would reign as a god. "I should be thanking you, Spencer." He mused darkly, looking over the missiles loaded with the virus. According to Valentine; there had been signs of BSAA around Africa. Wesker had nearly forgotton about his old nemesis; Chris Redfield.

If Chris was around, Jill would be the perfect weapon against the man. And maybe they could finish their fight once and for all. Wesker wasn't going to loose, that was for sure. Killing Chris, the birth of the New World, things couldn't be more perfect for the Ex-Stars captain. Still, he had to figure out what to do with Excella, and Manic -- dispose of them, or keep them around for his own personal use. Both women had been loyal to him, Wesker had a plan for them -- at least one of them, perhaps.

Jill Valentine had been sent to see Ricardo Irving, and his companion, so Wesker was left to his own devices. Perhaps he would check on the production of B.O.W.'s, after all; they were being used to keep the BSAA busy to allow the launch of Uroboros. Crossing his leg over the other, Wesker leans back in his chair, hiding an evil grin behind the sunglasses he wore.

As he recalled; one of their dangerous B.O.W.'s had been sent after the agents -- currently on a truck going to their location. Umbrella and Tricell had especially spliced it with the virus, so it would be extra dangerous. If that didn't kill the two; there would be a lot more where that came from. Even if Wesker had to dispose of his own personnel.

It felt as if Chris hadn't arrived here long before everything went to hell in a hand basket. He had expected something but not an onslaught of villagers attacking both he and his new partner. What came after was a mess of B.O.W's and the like.

He ran a hand through his hair, the heat getting to him a little. Wiping the sweat from his brow, he spared a quick glance around. Things had been quiet for the moment but he could only assume how long that would last.

"This is a mess," he muttered to himself, glancing toward Sheva briefly. "You handling it all alright?"

For Sheva's part, she seemed alright for the time being. She was used to this heat and looked to be ignoring it well. The onslaught of villagers they were forced to kill was alarming.

"I'm fine," she answered as she strode a few steps ahead. "Iriving shouldn't be far ahead now. Word is he has hired a bodyguard. We'll have to keep an eye for this Ali Reso. She could be used for information later."

Chris spared a brief nod as he followed after Sheva. There was little time to chat but the new update was something of a comfort. At least they knew a little bit of what they were going to deal with.

Iriving could spend money on all the body guards he wanted. He'd be taken down whether he thought that possible or not.

Manic was quiet as she rounded the corner. She picked out Wesker's voice easily in the silence. She would have recognized it easily, the man so well spoken compared to those in this day and age. Everything about him seemed foreign to those who she used to work with.

The words she had heard were little surprise to her. Manic was aware of what had happened, what Wesker had done those years go. It had brought Jill Valentine to their side, without choice of course. Manic knew that he would use her as a weapon when the time came.

She eventually strode forward, entering the room he had seated himself in. Manic liked to linger by his side but often, she had started pulling away when Excella was around.

"Sir," she called out, eventually halting a few feet away from him. "Do you believe one B.O.W is going to take care of those two?"

Manic trusted his judgement, it was rare that he was 'wrong', in a sense, but Chris was a notorious one. She shook her head briefly, waiting to hear him reply.

"I suppose you've a few plans ahead, regardless." she carried on. "I can't say I don't trust your judgements."

Ali thought she had heard something, pausing for a brief moment to hear the cloaked woman and Irving talking about some plans unrelated to the woman.

Sighing a bit, Ali kept her hand over the pistol's handle as she scanned the door, backing a bit behind the corner wall so she could have a clean shot at whoever dared to enter.

Sparing a glance at the pair, Ali pulled out her pistol, leaning against the wall. Something was bound to happen soon enough, and the woman hopped this cloaked lady had a plan to bail Irving out of it. If he died, she wouldn't be paid for her troubles.

"Can you guys maybe speed things up a bit?" She spoke lowly, just catching the woman handing a small computer chip to Irving. The woman in the bird mask turned her head Ali's way before moving back to Irving.

"Is she going to be a problem?" The woman asked Irving, who gave one of his aloof shrugs before answering.

Eh, no, she talks -- but she ain't aware of what's goin' on," Irving responded before the two continued on their exchange. If anyone were to disrupt it, Irving would be evacuated to a safer spot -- as if they were almost 'ghosting away' to never be seen again.

Wesker chuckled lightly at Manic's question, "Well, we've got many others to test on those two. We might as well play a game with them," he stated in a simple manor.

One of the automatic doors opened, with Excella passing through it. "Jill, Jill, Jill," she spoke in a sarcastic voice, adding a small eye-roll. "Your friend Redfield sounds like a broken record."

"As narrow minded as he seems, he is very resistant. But.... we'll give him some subjects to keep him 'occupied' with." Wesker spoke, not even making eye contact with either women.

With that Excella let them known that Jill had met up with Irving, and Wesker had a small gift for the man -- if his plans of escape fell through.

Time was being wasted every moment they had to stop to deal with the BSAA, yet each B.O.W. they made was becoming stronger. Wesker would have a surprise for every moment that it was necessary.

"As for you, Manic, we'll see what these circumstances bring," he stated, "just be ready when the time comes. I don't exactly trust Irving's new friend." To say the least, Wesker was impressed with Manic's work -- as he kept her around as much as he did Jill. And yet, the man had a creeping feeling that Jill wasn't going to be of much use if Redfield figured out how to pry off the device attached to the woman's chest.

Chris and Sheva had pushed their way through enough trouble at this point. He wasn't sure if must more could surprise him. Chris had been dealing with B.O.W's for years. These parasites were something foreign to him however.

He paused, glancing at the building ahead of them. Occurring to the information they had, he was here for the moment. Chris moved up the stairs carefully, sparing a glance at Sheva. He nodded and gained on in response before raising a pistol. Kicking in the door, he pushed his way in.

"Freeze!" he shouted, startling those within the building. They had caught three people off guard, two women and the last being Irving himself. The man looked startled before he scooped up a suitcase and rushed out of the building.

"Take care of it!" Chris heard him shout as he fled.

One of the women followed after, the one in the strange bird mask. The other remained, her own gun raised.

"Lower your weapon," Sheva ordered, her own pistol raised. Neither knew the skills of this woman but it was still two against one here. "I won't ask again."

"Really worthwhile to protect a guy like that?" Chris prodded instead, trying to agitate the woman. "Looks like you've hit rock bottom, huh?"

Both he and Sheva would avoid taking the woman out, she would be needed for further questioning later. Everything she knew, especially now, was valuable.

Manic listened patiently to his words. As always, he did have plans ahead just in case. That was no surprise to her far too used to being involved with his schemes. She figured that was the only reason she was still here. If Wesker didn't value her skills, she would have been gone long ago.

She hummed briefly in a silent response. Tipping her head, she watched as the door slid open, revealing Excella. Her words were quick with complaints. Manic said nothing on the matter, merely shifted her weight briefly.

The conversation carried on quickly, Wesker's gaze straight ahead. It wasn't something of a rarity. Fully acknowledging either of them would have been a rare occurrence.

Their words were a blur to her for a brief few moments. She only lifted it again when Wesker spoke directly to her. Manic was unaware that Irving had hired another person. Irving had enough people as it was and it was difficult to keep track.

"Certainly," she replied, a brief nod following. "I'll do what I must, as you order."

Manic was unable to lie, she'd do anything for the man. On one hand, she owed him her life as it was and on the other, she pinned for him. Unlike Excella's obvious advances, Manic had only stayed close to him. Wesker exploited it and she never stopped him.

She spared a brief glance Excella's way before her gaze wandered elsewhere. Already, she was running plans through her head just in case she was needed further.

A small, startled gasp left Ali's lips, which was quickly replaced with gritted teeth. Her pistol was moved up without her even it thought, but both the man and the woman weren't going to drop their weapons anytime soon. Ali had heard the man's comment, "So? It was my choice, I needed the cash," she responded in a half-whisper.

That was about as much as the man was going to get out of here. Ali hoped the woman had a plan, it was either her firing off warning shots before ducking out of there, or the cloaked woman's plan -- whatever that was.

"I'm not going with you guys, if that's what you're working at." She spoke lowly, training her gun on the woman, then moving it to the man. There was a moment of silence between the three, with Ali contemplating how she was going to take care of them.

The man was pretty well-built, she was sure her kicks wouldn't do much to hurt him. If Ali could, she would go for the man's partner, and maybe hold her at gunpoint before making her escape.

Something rolled by her feet; a grey canister. 'The hell?' She thought. Gas began to seep out of it, which quickly created a large billow of smoke. Teargas. Ali could make her escape. Choosing to fire off several shots by their feet before moving through the thick smoke as she held her nose, searching for the stairs to make a break after Irving.

It was about time for the shots he had to have, as they stabilized the virus within him. They had to be filled to a certain level; too much would turn it into a poison to him. Excella carried the briefcases filled with the vials with her.

The woman approached him, pulling up a chair next to him. Excella unlocked one of the cases once she had it seated on her lap, opening the case as she reached for a vial, reaching for a strap to wrap around his arm; allowing her easier access to his veins.

Once that was done, she pulled off the cap of the vial, fixing her grip on it as she aimed the needle.

Wesker did not watch her give the shot, as he was wrapped up in his own thoughts of unleashing Uroboros. He believed that humans needed a wake-up call, and the virus would choose those who were fit for the New World.

He thought that it was rather amusing of Spencer to believe that he was the one who was to be a god. Everything had been lost with Raccoon City, everything but Wesker. A perfect specimen of the virus. The thought of being 'manufactured' lingered in his mind. Wesker had come this far, and wasn't going to be stopped.
