As much as I love the very sexy Nick, whenever I play as Ellis for one campaign, Nick's bot will literally stand in front of a Charger, Jockey, Spitter, etc. way... -_-'....I catch myself cursing at that damn guy.

Knight: Well, I've never had that happen to me before. Rochelle does it a few times but I don't really mind as much..

Step 5: Get a Powerful Gun.

“Oh hey it’s that gun store right up ahead!” Ellis said with a lot of enthusiasm as he jogged ahead of the group. Rochelle was right behind him and Coach was covering behind the group; meanwhile you were walking through the pain of your injury with Nick right beside you throwing glances at you from time to time.

Knight: NO, THAT IS NOT NICK. THAT IS AN ANDROID MADE TO LOOK LIKE NICK!! *annoyed hiss*

“Want me to carry you again?”

“No,” you quickly said while hissing from that sudden sting of pain that erupted from your crescent wound. That damn Hunter…

Knight: W-wait a minute, did she get scratched my a Hunter and still has a wound? That would mean Loud Girl would be infected by the virus through the open wound!!!

Nick equipped a smirk as you all neared the gun shop, “Sucks to be you.”

You five finally arrived and upon entering the shop Nick made his way to the assault rifle hanging on the wall as you smiled while throwing the crowbar aside and getting your hands on the pump action shotgun.



When you were about to grab it a pair of hands intervened and stopped you; looking up you saw Ellis grinning down at you as he thrusted a combat rifle in your dirty hands instead. “This’ll be better suited for you darlin’, it’s sturdy and powerful.”

You looked at the gun in question; Ellis was right though, it fit perfectly in your hands and it wasn’t too heavy either.

Although you never really fired a rifle ever in your life you would give it a try since the kid looked like he really wanted you to try it out. You looked up at Ellis before offering a smile, “Thanks I’ll give it a shot.” You chuckled at your own cheesy line as did Coach and Rochelle.

Ellis however tilted his head to the side while raising his eyebrow in confusion, “I don’t get it, what’s so funny?”


Knight: I- what?! Was that movement?! It's right in this room!

Hicks: Are you sure you're reading *it* right?

‘Is this kid for real?’ you thought.

“That’s what happens when you have your brother and sister as parents,” Nick remarked with a sarcastic voice. “You’re too dumb to notice everything Overalls.”


Ellis’s focus went to Nick but before he could retort you came in for his defense, “Coming from a man who stands in the way of every single super zombie we encountered? And how many times was that exactly? How many Medkits did we use on you?”

Nick snorted but didn’t come up with another remark.

Hicks: I hate you so much right now, Knight..

Knight: Didn't think you'd be teamed up with an Xeno just yet, huh?
